Privacy Policy — LevFlow
Effective date: July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how LevFlow (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, and protects information across our platform, which includes:
- Our marketing website, levflow.co;
- Our member dashboard, the LevFlow Hub (app.levflow.co); and
- The LevAgent WordPress plugin, which you install on your own WordPress site to organize media and manage SEO renaming.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information. When you join LevFlow, we collect the email address and blog details (blog URL, niche, and content preferences) you provide to set up your membership and license.
LevAgent Plugin Data. The LevAgent plugin runs on your own WordPress site and organizes your media files locally into folders. To generate SEO-friendly file names, the plugin sends the image URL and the related post title to our automation backend, which uses third-party AI content-generation providers to suggest a file name. Your license key is stored in your WordPress site’s database to activate the plugin and verify your active membership.
Google Drive Access. If you choose to connect your Google Drive account, we request access using Google’s restricted drive.file scope. This means LevFlow can only see, create, and manage files and folders that it creates itself inside your Drive. We do not access, read, or modify any other files in your Google Drive, and we do not use Google Sign-In to collect your name or profile photo.
Content You Provide via the Hub. To generate Pinterest pins and other module outputs, the LevFlow Hub processes content you provide (such as blog post titles, images, and metadata) through third-party AI content-generation providers, workflow automation providers, and design-generation providers, strictly to deliver the feature you requested.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information described above only to:
- Authenticate your access to LevFlow and manage your membership and license.
- Create and organize folders and files inside your connected Google Drive, at your direction.
- Generate the content and automations you request through LevFlow’s modules (e.g., Pinterest pins, image renaming, SEO suggestions).
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data or Google Drive content with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. Data is shared only with the service providers necessary to operate LevFlow — including hosting and database infrastructure providers, the Google Drive API, design-generation providers, workflow automation providers, and AI content-generation providers — each used only to provide their service to us. A list of specific processors is available upon request.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
You may revoke LevFlow’s access to your Google Drive at any time from your Google Account’s permissions settings. To request deletion of your LevFlow account and associated data, contact us at support@levflow.co.
5. Your Rights (Including California Residents)
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information. California residents have rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information is collected and the right to request deletion. LevFlow does not sell personal information. To exercise these rights, contact support@levflow.co.
6. Children’s Privacy
LevFlow is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
