Terms of Service — LevFlow

By accessing or using LevFlow (https://levflow.co), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. The Service

LevFlow is a membership-based platform providing modular automation tools for bloggers. LevFlow consists of:

  • The LevFlow Hub (app.levflow.co), where you manage your membership, review generated content, and configure your modules;
  • The LevAgent WordPress plugin, which you install on your own WordPress site to organize media files and manage SEO renaming; and
  • Related automation modules (such as Pinterest pin generation and image organization, collectively “Modules”).

Access to Modules requires an active, paid membership.

2. The LevAgent Plugin

LevAgent runs on your own WordPress installation. You are responsible for maintaining your WordPress site, including backups, hosting, and updates. LevAgent communicates with LevFlow’s backend using a license key tied to your active membership; if your membership lapses, the plugin continues operating in a limited legacy mode as described in Section 4.

3. Google Drive Integration

LevFlow can connect to your Google Drive to create and manage folders on your behalf, using Google’s restricted drive.file scope. You are solely responsible for the content stored in your Google Drive, including any files LevFlow creates there. You acknowledge that connectivity issues, insufficient Drive storage, or revocation of API permissions may interrupt LevFlow’s automations.

4. Membership, Fees, and Cancellation

Membership fees are as published on levflow.co and are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled. You may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • Content and images already organized or generated remain yours.
  • Certain tools (such as the LevAgent plugin) continue functioning in a legacy mode, without further updates or support.
  • Modules that generate new content on demand (such as new pins, SEO reports, or drafts) stop generating new output; anything already delivered remains yours.
  • Access to the Hub and community is terminated immediately.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use LevFlow to:

  • Store or process unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content.
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer LevFlow’s infrastructure.
  • Share or resell your membership access to anyone else.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content, images, and blog material you create or provide. LevFlow retains all rights to its own software, design, documentation, and underlying automation logic.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

LevFlow is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. While we work to keep the platform secure and reliable using established cloud infrastructure and hosting providers, we are not liable for data loss, lost profits, or service interruptions caused by failures of third-party providers, including Google or our infrastructure and automation partners.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to LevFlow, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This applies regardless of the country you access LevFlow from. Users in California retain the rights described in Section 5 of our Privacy Policy (CCPA), which apply independently of the governing law of this agreement.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of LevFlow after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
